29 Jul Is America’s Constitution the Key to a Tax-Free Future? | Loy Brunson
What if Americans have been overlooking some of the most powerful protections contained in the Constitution—and what if those protections challenge conventional ideas about taxation, government power, and who ultimately holds authority?
In this episode of Liberty United, Jacob Oakes sits down with constitutional activist and author Lloyd Brunson to discuss Brunson’s interpretation of America’s founding documents and his book outlining what he calls the “Seven Discoveries.” Brunson argues that the Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments contain protections that Americans rarely understand or use, and makes the provocative case that the Constitution could support a system in which government operates without conventional taxation.
The conversation also turns to the Federal Reserve, individual property rights, federalism, congressional accountability, and Brunson’s lawsuit involving hundreds of federal officials following the 2020 election. Brunson explains that his case centers on what he describes as the denial of the right to seek redress of grievances after members of Congress declined to support an investigation into election-fraud allegations.
Could a different reading of the Constitution fundamentally change the relationship between Americans, their money, and their government?
Watch the full conversation as Lloyd Brunson lays out his case—and challenges viewers to open the Constitution and examine it for themselves.
