(1) Population control and eugenics both through birth control and abortion. “We do not want word to get out that we want to exterminate the Negro population . . .” Margaret Sanger (Founder Planned Parenthood) to Dr. C. J. Gamble (President, Eugenics Society, Procter and Gamble), 1939

(2) As pawns. By keeping them angry, resentful, unforgiving, and envious they can more easily be used as battering rams against Caucasian populations who had nothing to do with slavery, so as to divide people and control them.

Harold “Hal” Shurtleff is the co-founder of Camp Constitution, an all-volunteer association first formed in 2009 in Massachusetts.
